Tal Maimon, the CEO of Maimon Group, was born and raised in Israel. He served in the Israeli Navy that resulted in shaping a solid work ethic, 24/7 attitude, discipline, and a "sniper approach" in setting professional goals.
When he first came to Los Angeles, he started his career in hospitality working as a waiter. Then Tal dedicated himself to real estate construction and remodeling business for 4 years, and obtained extensive experience and deep knowledge of physical, technical, and financial aspects of property management and real estate development. Next journey was building a successful solar company with his brother Nir, becoming an expert in the real estate energy economy. At some point, after 6 years in Los Angeles, Tal embarked on a venture in hospitality and entertainment, opening a restaurant and a nightclub.
Nir Maimon, the President of Maimon Group, is in charge of all back-end operations across departments, management and technology in particular. Nir was also born in Israel and studied business at Tel Aviv University.
He served in the Navy, promoting Navy XO, and received a Prime Minister Award. Upon moving to the US, together with Tal he built SolReliabile, a solar company. Once the company was sold to a residential remodeling and energy solutions company, Nir became President of the Energy Division there and stayed in the industry for over 15 years. He gained extensive experience in customer acquisition, residential development, management, and technology.
