To ensure everyone enjoys their stay, we maintain a few important boundaries. Gatherings over 15 people require advance permission from The Maimon Group team. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for illegal activities, firearms, and illegal substances on the property. Additionally, subletting of any kind is strictly prohibited, and we ask that guests avoid excessive loitering on the street to respect our neighborhood community.
